Job Description
Texas Children’s Hospital is seeking a Manager of Inpatient Nursing to join their pediatric services. This role focuses on maintaining clinical and personnel accountability, providing high-quality patient care within a family-centered environment, and collaborating with healthcare team members. The manager will support the unit's goals and implement quality initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing (BSN) required
- RN license - Registered Nurses by the Texas Board of Nursing or Nurse Licensure Compact required
- BLS - Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association required
- Certification in specialty-specific area or nursing leadership, with completion of certification within 1 year of assuming the role preferred
- 2 years Nursing experience required (experience in dialysis and apheresis)
