Director of Surgical Services

We are seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead a surgical department within a 330-bed acute care hospital and Level III Trauma Center. The role involves overseeing eight operating rooms and multiple service lines, including General Surgery, Vascular, CVOR, Urology, GYN, Orthopedics, and Neurological. The position requires a leader capable of fostering a culture of high performance and improved patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Director of Surgical Services.
• Proven ability to manage complex surgical programs and teams.
• Strong leadership, operational, and fiscal management skills.
