Director of Surgical Services

A leading 230-bed acute care hospital in Northern Virginia is seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to oversee perioperative operations for 18 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy suites, and more than 12,000 surgical procedures annually. The role involves leading a team of 100+ FTEs and driving performance in a nationally recognized surgical program.

Requirements

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all perioperative areas.
• Oversee OR management, sterile processing, endoscopy, and robotics programs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, and capital planning for Surgical Services.
