Job Description
The Department of Civil, Environmental, and Construction Engineering in the Edward E. Whitacre College of Engineering at Texas Tech University invites applications for a full-time Professor of Practice with Continuing Appointment to serve as the Coordinator of Construction Engineering Technology.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in construction management, construction engineering technology, construction engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive industry experience in construction engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of professional achievement (at least 5 years).
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and mentoring, preferably at the undergraduate or graduate level (at least 5 years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
