Senior Training Specialist - Human Resources Talent Development

The Senior Training Specialist will design, coordinate, and implement training and education programs specific to departmental specialty. The role will also involve facilitating team-building activities, developing seminars, and providing online educational sessions using Teams.

Requirements

• Evaluates, designs, coordinates and implements training and education programs
• Conducts integrated training needs assessments and monitors and reports the effectiveness of training
• Develops departmental and campus-wide training topics such as effective communication skills, time management, delegation, project management, and creating successful teams
• Facilitates team-building activities, develops seminars, and provides online educational sessions using Teams
• Manages multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines
• Produces high-quality, accurate work with strong attention to detail
