Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences to join our F&B team as a Host. As a Host, you will play a key role in managing guest arrivals, reservations, and ensuring smooth operations while delivering exceptional hospitality across the outlet.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in guest services, preferably within the F&B industry.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
