Job Description
Thamrin Group is seeking a highly operational F&B Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets, optimize performance, and lead teams to achieve business targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with proven experience handling multiple outlets.
- Strong operational capability in SOP implementation, service quality, and problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of cost control, inventory management, and basic P&L analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
