We're looking for a Business Development Executive to help build and nurture a strong sales pipeline by engaging with prospect organisations and driving our growth strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales, Telesales, or Business Development role.
- Strong track record in prospect identification and cold calling.
- Confident and professional when engaging with new prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Agile, adaptable, and open to new challenges.
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- Proactive, approachable, and customer focused.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent (desirable).
- Experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment (desirable).
