Mortgage Administrator

The Acorn Group is seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join their Mortgage Scout Financial Services team. The successful candidate will work with clients from the point of agreement to paying off their mortgage, building long lasting relationships and supporting Mortgage Brokers to deliver company objectives.

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience
• Excellent telephone manner
• Articulate
• Confidence and accuracy in written word
• Computer literate with experience of all Microsoft Office applications
• Be able to deliver a high level of customer service
• Strong organisational skills of yourself and others
• Team player
