Job Description
The Behavioral Health Specialist participates in the clinical team by providing care and care coordination to individuals with mental health needs, working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a mental health related field
- Valid driver’s license in the State of Ohio with access to an insured vehicle for client transportation
- Bilingual in Spanish
