Mental Health Therapist participates in the clinical team by providing in-office and telehealth counseling to adult clients, maintaining a therapeutic relationship and collaborating with the treatment team to provide holistic care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field
- Social work or counselor license recognized by the state of Ohio (LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC or IMFT)
- Intake screening and orientation skills
- Evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to mental health counseling
- Crisis intervention skills
- Group counseling skills
- Coordination of care with multi-disciplinary treatment team
- Meet or exceed agency required productivity and documentation standards
