Job Description
This Medical Assistant II position assists physicians in patient care, maintaining clinical records, preparing charts, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role involves processing patient information, managing medications, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Maintains patient flow during clinic hours.
- Documents patient reviews and updates medical history.
- Prepares and retrieves medical information for physician care.
- Performs in-office administrative duties like appointment scheduling, prescriptions, and patient assistance paperwork.
- Operates EKG, cardiac monitors, and other medical equipment.
