Job Description
This Registered Nurse position at Mt Auburn Electrophysiology focuses on providing care to patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures. The RN will utilize the TCH model of care, patient-centered approaches, and American Nursing Association (ANA) code of ethics to ensure patient safety and well-being. They'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences. The position emphasizes collaboration and patient-family partnership.
