Job Description
The Associate Director-Global Business & Professional Indirect Procurement will lead procurement activities across Business & Professional Indirect spend, developing category strategies and building strong supplier relationships to maximize Clorox's return on investment.
Requirements
- 8-10 years progressive procurement experience
- At least 5 years of experience leading a team of high-performing procurement professionals
- Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes
- Work experience in an international environment and matrixed organizations
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and influencing skills
- Ability to creatively solve business problems pragmatically and at speed
- Strong digital fluency with knowledge of and experience with Procurement Tech stacks
- Planning and organization skills
- High degree of fluency in written and spoken English is required
- B.A. or B.S. Degree in related disciplines (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance), or equivalent experience
