Molding Machine Operator (Rotational Shifts)

The Clorox Company is seeking a qualified candidate for a Molding Associate position at our Aberdeen, MD facility. This role requires a thorough understanding of the blow molding process and involves operating blow molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic containers.

Requirements

• Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
• Active Listening skills.
• Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
• Controlling operations of equipment or systems.
• Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
• Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
