Clorox is seeking a Lead Associate to the Molding department. As a Crew Lead, you'll play a critical role in coordinating daily production activities, ensuring safety compliance, and leading your team to meet performance goals.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Prior Leadership experience is highly preferred
• Prior Manufacturing Experience required
• Proficient in SAP
• Ability to perform routine maintenance
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Tools and process
