Plant Operations Leader: Conversion and Extrusion

The Plant Operations Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating the plant supply chain and all plant operating departments within scope. The role requires developing people, teams, and champions of safety, quality, and operational excellence. The leader will oversee manufacturing operations, logistics, and material management, and drive continuous improvement through TPM/Lean methodologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of manufacturing experience with experience in plant leadership roles
• College 4-year degree - Supply Chain or Engineering preferred
• Proven experience managing large-scale operations
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Expertise in Lean/TPM and continuous improvement
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver results
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a high-performance culture
