Job Description
The Common Market is seeking a motivated Local Food Sales Territory Manager in Georgia and Alabama to drive partnerships with local farms and institutions. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on cultivating long-term relationships and expanding the distribution of local food to schools, hospitals, and other anchor institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local food systems and the procurement processes of schools and hospitals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Proven success managing and growing institutional accounts
- Deep knowledge of the foodservice landscape and/or local food systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel extensively within Georgia and Alabama
