Job Description
The Common Market is seeking a Vice President of Development to lead its fundraising efforts, aligning philanthropy with earned revenue. This role focuses on building systems and routines, elevating the organization's voice among funders, and championing values-based procurement within the food system. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader with a proven track record of securing significant philanthropic commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in fundraising/advancement/social‐enterprise revenue.
- 7+ figure philanthropic commitment record.
- Proven team management experience.
- CRM system proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
