Job Description
The ENTERTAINER is a leading digital company looking for a Merchant Acquisition Executive to expand and manage their network of merchant partners across South Africa. The role involves identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and ensuring long-term partnerships that deliver value to both merchants and users.
Requirements
- Acquire new merchants and strengthen existing partnerships
- Proactively identify potential merchants through market visits, networking, and outreach
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Verify, collect, and process documentation related to merchant agreements and offers
- Onboard and train merchants
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Monitor merchant performance and feedback
- Support merchants with tactical campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Track and report daily activities and progress against KPIs
