The Program Director/Head Football Coach is responsible for shaping and guiding all aspects of the football program, emphasizing the positives, demonstrating a winning attitude, and modeling exceptional sportsmanship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree minimum
- 5 years of Coaching Experience
- Preference for 3 years’ experience as a Head Varsity Coach
- Proficient in MS Suite of programs, Google, Hudl
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience with public speaking
- Self-motivated, flexible, and detail oriented
- Ability to think strategically
- Sound problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
