Assistant Manager Assistant Small Store Manager

We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
• Proven supervisory experience with a track record of coaching/mentoring others
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
