Job Description
We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and lead the team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
- Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
