Job Description
The Executive Director, Account Management is responsible for leading and executing the strategic vision for Tom Ford Beauty and Balmain in North America. This role serves as the key point of contact for retail partners and owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of account management to drive profitable growth across all channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 12+ years of experience in prestige beauty/fragrance, sales, retail, or department store management
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated success in managing financials (e.g., P&L, ROI)
- Proven leadership in building and motivating high-performing sales teams
- Deep understanding of omnichannel strategy and retailer dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analytics tools is a plus
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%
