Case Manager

The Excalibur Group is seeking Case Managers to join their dynamic team in Washington, D.C. to help DC residents secure meaningful employment and financial freedom.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, social services, counseling, business administration or related field from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of experience providing workforce development-related case management services
• Experience working with Customers in a caring and respectful manner
• Good communication, listening, and coaching skills
• Computer literate and proficient at using Microsoft Office
