Job Description
The Global Talent Co. is looking for a Business Development Associate (Partnerships) to join a fast-growing pet wellness brand. The role involves identifying, negotiating, and securing customer acquisition partnerships with aligned brands.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, growth marketing, or business development
- Degree (or concentration) in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field with strong academic performance
- Strong communication skills and confidence working in a highly outward-facing role
- Analytical mindset with the ability to build simple business cases and evaluate partnership impact
- Ability to work in EST hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM EST)
