We are seeking a Marketing Manager – Operations & Demand Generation to join a fast-growing AI technology company. The role will involve executing demand generation and ABM campaigns, managing the marketing tech stack, and analyzing performance data to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing
- Expert-level experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other paid acquisition channels
- Strong experience with analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with sales and revenue teams
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
