Neuberger Berman's US Intermediary Marketing team is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to accelerate growth through advanced digital strategies, data-driven insights, and multi-channel campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or related roles; securities or financial services industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of email best practices including deliverability, spam compliance, A/B testing, trigger/drip/welcome campaigns, and performance benchmarking
- Proven track record developing and executing successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and campaign performance metrics to inform strategy and drive optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering performance reports to senior leadership
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills; able to work effectively in a matrixed, global environment
