Accounting Controller

The Goodkind Co. is seeking an experienced Controller to enhance financial operations, drive strategic insights, and maintain excellence in accounting processes. This role involves leadership, systems thinking, and hands-on execution within a creative, purpose-driven environment, requiring a strong understanding of financial reporting. The Controller will lead a team and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined accounting and finance experience
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Proven success operating within ERP systems (Batchmaster, SAP/One, or similar)
• Direct experience managing inventory accounting and reconciliation processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Naturally curious, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
