Accounting Controller

The Goodkind Co. is seeking an experienced Controller to enhance financial operations, drive strategic insight, and ensure accounting processes are excellent. The role involves leadership, systems thinking, and hands-on execution within a creative and purpose-driven environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined accounting and finance experience, ideally with direct exposure to a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Proven success operating within ERP systems (Batchmaster, SAP/One, or similar).
• Direct experience managing inventory accounting and reconciliation processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Natural curiosity, detail-orientation, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
