The Sr Research Scientist QRC is responsible for providing oversight and leadership for the Micro lab services team, ensuring timely and accurate flow of micro testing results to internal customers.

Requirements

• Leadership of micro lab day-to-day activities
• Maintenance of efficient lab operations and quality management system
• Overseeing internal/external lab standards, proficiency programs, and ISO-17025 audits
• Conducting microbiological risk assessments for new ingredients
• Managing microbiology laboratory management experience
