Human Resources Manager (HRM)

The HOME Project is a non-profit organization seeking a Human Resources Manager to contribute to the design and implementation of organizational changes and overall strategy. The selected candidate will work at the organization's headquarters in Athens, Greece.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, etc.)
• Specialization or postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management
• Proven work experience of at least 5 years in a Head of HR role
• Excellent command of Greek and English (C2 level), both written and spoken
• Proficiency in HRM systems and databases
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
