Human Resources Manager (HRM)

The HOME Project is a non-profit organization seeking a Human Resources Manager to support the design and implementation of organizational changes and overall strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business Administration, etc.)
• Specialization or postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management
• Proven work experience as Head of HR for at least 5 years
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (C2) in spoken and written form
• Knowledge of HRM systems and databases
• Ability to draw up a strategy and leadership skills
• Ability to build and manage effective interpersonal relationships
