Maintenance Technician - Curtner Studios

The Maintenance Technician will perform a wide variety of maintenance duties, including preventative, emergency, cosmetic, and routine maintenance, as well as regular inspections. The position requires safe work practices, sustained physical effort, trouble shooting, problem solving, attention to detail, customer service, and time management.

Requirements

• Schedules and responds to work orders
• Performs preventative, emergency, cosmetic, and routine maintenance
• Conducts Move in and Move out inspections
• Performs plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and masonry repairs and troubleshooting
• Coordinates and schedules vendor work
