Maintenance Technician - Marina Village

Perform a wide variety of maintenance duties, including preventative, emergency, cosmetic and routine maintenance and regular inspections. Emphasis on safe work practices, sustained physical effort, trouble shooting, problem solving, attention to detail, customer service and time management.

Requirements

• Schedules and responds to work orders
• Performs preventative maintenance scheduling and performance
• Conducts Move in and Move out inspections
• Performs plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry and masonry repairs and troubleshooting as needed
• Coordinates, schedules and oversees vendor work
