The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a Wellness Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, delivering excellent customer service and driving sales for our memberships and treatment packages.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred)
- Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping others and driving sales
- Strong sales abilities, confident in presenting and closing memberships and service packages
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Proficient with office equipment (computer, scanner, fax, phone system) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
