The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Coordinator to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting and selling wellness plans, and managing patient intake and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping others and driving sales
- Strong sales abilities, confident in presenting and closing memberships and service packages
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Proficient with office equipment (computer, scanner, fax, phone system) and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
