Surveyor - Home and Hospice Care Registered Nurse

Seeking Registered Nurses located anywhere in the United States for this remote opportunity to survey hospice and home care organizations. Must have experience in Home Healthcare and Hospice care, knowledge of Joint Commission standards, and strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Graduate of approved school of nursing and Master's degree in appropriate discipline
• Current professional license in nursing discipline required
• CPHQ certification through National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ)
• 5 years of recent healthcare experience, including 3 years of direct clinical experience
• 2 years of accreditation or certification leadership or senior management experience
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards
• Experience working in a Medicare Certified home health agency
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
