Job Description
The Krusteaz Company is looking for Variable Shift Packaging Operators to join our Manhattan team! The position involves operating equipment, monitoring production lines, and supporting processes from production to final shipment.
Requirements
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and follow production/quality processes
- Hand sorting, case packing, pallet stacking, and supply replenishment
- Inspect materials, ingredients, and finished products
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on packaging equipment
- Execute daily and monthly cleaning tasks per regulations
- Maintain compliance with process quality, food safety, and general safety programs
- Learn new methods and assist in training as needed
