Contact Centre Agent (B2B Sales) role available in Cape Town, serving as a key liaison between the company and its customers or prospects, supporting the company's UK-based operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or B2B sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to resolve problems and remain calm under pressure
- Skilled in using CRM platforms and contact centre tools
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Capable of multitasking and prioritising in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required; further education is a plus
