Job Description
A Growth Partner (Account Manager / Farmer) is needed to take responsibility for a defined base of merchants, growing their revenue, deepening engagement, and adopting more products. The role requires a strong commercial thinker with relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in account management, customer success, retention, or commercial roles
- Strong communicator across WhatsApp, phone, email and in-person visits
- Naturally empathetic but commercially sharp
- Data-driven, disciplined, and confident using CRM tools
