Recruitment Consultant (Executive Search)

Join a high-performing Executive Search firm with a global client base. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the firm's candidate and client pipeline, supporting senior consultants in delivering executive searches for leading global financial institutions.

Requirements

• Respond to inbound candidate enquiries, assess motivations, and present profiles to the consulting team.
• Source and screen candidates for active mandates via databases and LinkedIn.
• Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate suitability for executive searches.
• Prepare candidate overviews, shortlist packs, and maintain accurate records in the database.
• Generate new candidates, leads, and market intelligence through candidate engagement.
• Conduct market mapping and build pools of Investment Banking candidates globally.
• Research and map new client contacts across Europe and North America.
• Draft targeted outreach communications for potential new client relationships.
• Grow and maintain updated client and candidate networks within the database.
