We are seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to support our VP of QI Improvement and Compliance in ensuring compliance with state, federal, and certification standards, while driving continuous quality improvement across all programs.
Requirements
- Ensure adherence to state laws/rules, federal regulations, and designation/certification standards
- Oversee audits and implement & monitor Quality Improvement or Corrective Action plans
- Monitor quality performance metrics (including metrics associated with Fidelity Reviews, QSR, CCBHC, and MIPS) and ensure documentation meets quality standards
- Serve as primary point of contact for Managed Care Organizations
- Lead complaint investigations
- Serve as MHCGM’s 1557 Coordinator handling all discrimination grievances
- Manage policies and procedures related to service delivery and safety
- Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent quality across programs
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify improvement opportunities
