Job Description
This position is for a Physical Therapist in Merrillville, Indiana, focused on assessing and treating patients of all ages with impairments related to upper, lower extremities function, balance, or pain. The role involves creating treatment plans, educating patients and families, and supervising other members of the care team. It is a full-time position with a days-based schedule.
Requirements
- Design and implement treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Educate patients and families.
- Evaluate patients' strength, ROM, endurance, balance, pain, skin integrity, and overall function.
