PHYSICAL THERAPIST-OP PHYS THERAPY PRN

This Physical Therapist Position-Open Physical Therapy position focuses on evaluating and treating patients with impairments related to upper/lower extremity function, balance, and coordination. The role involves creating individualized treatment plans, educating patients and families, and overseeing student supervision. This is a part-time position within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to achieving patient independence.

Requirements

• Designs and implements treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Documents assessments and interventions accurately and timely.
• Educates patients and family members.
• Evaluates patients muscle strength, ROM, endurance, balance, pain, skin integrity, and overall function level.
• Participates in multi-disciplinary meetings and case reviews.
• Supervises PT and PTA students.
• Supervises PTA and Aides.
