They are seeking a Front Office Agent in Athens, Greece to provide exceptional guest service and create personalized experiences. Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, billing, room reservations, problem resolution, and maintaining a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Provide excellent guest service and create a personalized experience.
- Manage room reservations, online & offline.
- Resolve guest queries and problems promptly.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
- Ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping & Maintenance and F&B, Sales & Reservations teams.
- Adhere to health and safety standards.
