Job Description
The New York Foundling is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families facing foster care, building stability, strength, and independence. This position is for a Bilingual Case Planner focused on permanency for children in foster care.
Requirements
- BA/MA in Psychology, Sociology, BSW or MSW with 1-2 years child welfare experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Knowledge of community resources and ability to effectively negotiate systems for multi-problem families
- Typing skills and computer literacy required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
