Administrative Assistant to the Chair

The Administrative Assistant to the Chair provides comprehensive administrative support to the Chair of Neuroscience, including anticipating their professional needs, performing complex administrative duties, and coordinating daily operations of the Department of Neuroscience.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year of relevant experience required
• 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
• Customer service or communications experience
• Budgeting experience
• Experience in operation of spreadsheet, publication, and/or presentation software and related computer equipment
• Administrative support experience
