Campaign Organizer

The Outreach Team is hiring a Campaign Organizer to work on a campaign to engage members of the community to advocate for a stronger democracy. The Organizer will recruit, train, and work with a team of volunteers to drive action for electoral reform.

Requirements

• Recruit and train a community of volunteer activists
• Call and text supporters to recruit them into grassroots actions
• Identify new volunteers from signers who support the issue
• Run grassroots skills training to develop effective campaigners among volunteers
• Keep meticulous track of a volunteer list
• Represent the campaign through participation in community spaces and events
• Generate campaign actions
• Organize events
• Manage digital campaign, data management, and reporting tools
