Garden Property Account Manager

The Pattie Group, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Garden Property Account Manager to manage a $500,000 - $800,000 book of residential landscape management accounts. The position involves client relationship management, garden & property management, and direction & interaction with landscape management crews.

Requirements

• Extensive landscape & garden management experience
• Experience with job P&L’s, route planning and execution
• Estimating, contract renewal processes, additional service suggestions & up-sells
• Management, leadership and mentoring of foremen and other team members
• Collaboration and communication with other sales representatives, designers, Nursery Manager, and clients
